Scope
Evaluated existing building infrastructure to determine the feasibility of a high-capacity laundromat build-out
Seamlessly blended front-of-house aesthetics with back-of-house serviceability by designing and fabricating a custom center-island frame with removable wood top
Utilized specialized MEP experience to design and manage heavy-duty plumbing, electrical, gas and HVAC infrastructure required for commercial laundry operations
Designed, manufactured and installed 3 custom folding tables with metal base and butcher block top
Ensured full facility compliance and accessibility by adding a custom-built ADA restroom
Designed and constructed a custom mechanical room, optimizing the layout of critical infrastructure for safe operation and streamlined maintenance
