Complete in-house design and construction execution
Reconfigured the commercial kitchen including necessary MEP upgrades to support new and repaired equipment
Custom Back-Bar display fabrication and installation
Designed, fabricated and installed custom exterior signage to elevate the restaurant’s curb appeal
Refinished the concrete bar top to modernize the space and protect against heavy commercial wear
Engineered and built a custom chef’s counter, optimizing both guest dining experience and back-of-house workflow
Installed new commercial flooring and applied high-end, premium paint finishes throughout the space
Executed the procurement and installation of an attractive luxury climate-controlled wine room within the space, ensuring precise temperature and humidity
Discovered, exposed and restored concealed skylights to dramatically improve the dining room’s atmosphere
