Scope of Work
Our value engineering efforts specifically optimized the complex utility requirements for the multi-vendor food cart pod and beverage hall
Site Services: Provision of specialized utility hookups (water, sanitary, and electrical) for outside food truck vendors
Replaced two non-functioning or intermittently failing pumps and floats within the existing 2-stage sump system to prevent motor burnout
Executed structural changes and carpentry to accommodate new layouts
Seismic/Safety Upgraded: Installation of new exit doors with panic hardware and compliant handrails/stairs
Designed and fabricated (2) 6×6 swinging steel gates with heavy-duty hardware and industrial drop rod assemblies for long term durability and added security
