  • Feasibility study of existing deferred maintenance on roofing, mechanical, gas piping, and electrical feeds to building.

  • Preconstruction and estimating services for planning and phasing removal and reinstallation of MEP components during business hours.

  • Removed and replaced rotted interior and exterior structural glulam beams and sheathing.

  • Designed, fabricated, and installed new 40' structural portal frame to remedy existing failed belvedere breezeway.

  • Removed, reinstalled all existing gas lines to mechanical equipment and ovens.
