Scope
Provided estimating, preconstruction, and permitting services.
Installed seismically braced concrete stadium seating riser system over existing concrete raked seating system to provide better access and views.
Removed and reinstalled existing suspended catwalk system in new location; Designed and fabricated new 2nd level catwalk access.
Renovated and extended existing performance stage with access to audience.
Excavated, formed, and poured new foundations with basement access.
Performed all rough and finish carpentry.
Performed all steel fabrication and install.
Performed all sitework services.
Installed a new stormwater sump discharge system per City requirements.
