18,000 SF 2 1/2 story addition and renovation to an existing performance theater.

  • Provided estimating, preconstruction, and permitting services.

  • Installed seismically braced concrete stadium seating riser system over existing concrete raked seating system to provide better access and views.

  • Removed and reinstalled existing suspended catwalk system in new location; Designed and fabricated new 2nd level catwalk access.

  • Renovated and extended existing performance stage with access to audience.

  • Excavated, formed, and poured new foundations with basement access.

  • Performed all rough and finish carpentry.

  • Performed all steel fabrication and install.

  • Performed all sitework services.

  • Installed a new stormwater sump discharge system per City requirements.
