Provided preconstruction, construction, and closeout services related to the seismic retrofit of existing classroom spaces, and staff office spaces which included:

Preconstruction and estimating
Constructability reviews for engineer
Development of Project Schedule
Installation of seismic attachments at the existing roof structure and the top of wall as well as at the foundation and base of wall
Seismic attachments at adjacent concrete Gymnasium structure
Demolition of existing unreinforced glass block glazing
New concrete footings
Installing of new shear walls
New roofing package
New complete window package (40) in entire area of work.
New HVAC equipment in entire area of work.
