Provided preconstruction, construction, and closeout services related to the seismic retrofit of an existing unreinforced concrete masonry unit (CMU) structure that houses classrooms and staff offices, which included:

Preconstruction and estimating
Constructability reviews for engineer
Development of Project Schedule
Reinforcing of the existing CMU structure by installing re-bar and pouring grout into the walls at spacings required by engineer
Installation of seismic attachments at the existing roof structure and the top of wall as well as at the foundation and base of wall at grouted and other locations
Installing new shear walls
New roofing package
New storefront and door packages
Installing new breezeway and truss package
Installing of new shear walls
New roofing package
