New window package in paths of egress
The installation of seismic attachments at the existing roof structure and the top of wall as well as at the foundation and base of wall
Installation of new shear walls and reinforced existing ones
Poured new concrete footings and concurrently:
Erected new steel “moment frames” on the building’s exterior breezeway
