Repaired and seismically braced existing foundation and footings by lowering basement grade, pouring slab, and bracing piers and foundation with new filled CMU
Fabricated and installed new steel struts, walers, brackets, and braces for foundation and roof bracing
Installed new water main to the building
Installed new foundation for drainage and sump system
Built new 1 hour stair access to the basement and adjoining spaces
Fabricated and install new stell trusses for roof repair and bracing
Seismic bracing of existing parpet walls
New roofing package
Fabricated and installed 2 new portal/moment frames in existing openings
