We are evaluated as a Commercial Contractor not only by how well we self-perform our own work, but how well we manage the work of sub-trades. The combination of these aspects of a construction project are critical to the overall success of the project.
As with many commercial construction projects, Mechanical,Electrical,Plumbing, Structural Steel and sprinkler
scopes are loosely defined. We have a unique approach when managing the MEPS trades because our team holds journey licenses in these specific divisions and have years of hands on experience with themboth in the field and the office.
We have a unique approach of defining MEPS scopes for our subcontractors (as opposed to the other way around) very early in the project. This allows us to establish an early budget and schedule for MEPS contractors, resulting in a better overall understanding and execution of the project as a whole.
